Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase please return in Original condition within 14 days. We are unable to exchange any purchase which is damaged or shows signs of wear (as everything is checked before being sent out).

You can return to store in person or post back at your cost. We advise you use a signed for service at the Post Office as we will not be responsible for returned items until they have been received by Shenz Boutique. A Full Refund will be given within 2-3 days upon receiving returns, Online Orders Only.
